Workout Builder
The Workout Builder in CoachMePlus allows coaches to create customized workout programs tailored to individual athletes or teams. Coaches can design and schedule workouts, set exercise parameters, specify sets and repetitions, and prescribe intensity levels. They can also include exercise videos and detailed instructions to ensure that athletes perform exercises correctly and safely.
