In-App Support
Managing which programs are front-and-center for your athletes is key to keeping their dashboard clean and focused. In the CoachMePlus Builder, you can use the Toggle Prompt feature to control this visibility.
How to Prompt or Un-Prompt a Program
By default, programs may be tucked away in the athlete's menu. "Prompting" a program brings it directly to their Home Screen, making it the first thing they see when they log in.
Steps to Change Visibility:
Open the Program Builder and locate the program you wish to edit.
Click on the three dots icon (⋮) next to the program name to open the actions menu.
Select Toggle Prompt.
What happens when I toggle this?
Prompted (On): The program will appear as a primary card or button on the Athlete’s Home Screen. This is ideal for active phases, daily checklists, or current training blocks that require immediate attention.
Un-Prompted (Off): The program is hidden from the Home Screen but remains accessible. The athlete can still find it by navigating through their Side Menu. Use this for completed phases, optional "extra credit" work, or reference materials that don't need to clutter their main view.
Why use this feature?
Think of it as "pinning" a conversation in a messaging app. You aren't deleting the program or removing the athlete's access; you are simply making it easier (or harder) to find based on its current priority.
Pro Tip: If an athlete says they "can't find their workout," check to see if it’s been un-prompted. It’s likely still there, just hiding in their menu!
