ATHLETE - Display and compare latest library photos, related to user and visible by role, optionally having an tag

1. Dashboard Name
   A unique name to identify this dashboard when editing or assigning to layouts.
2. Latest number of images to display
   The number of images that will appear on the dashboard.
3. Tag
   Select the tag of the images you would like to be displayed. When you place an image inside of an athlete's library, you must upload the picture with the tag that you chose for this visualization.
