RPE Training Stress Balance Assessment

Balance between scaled acute load sum and chronic load sum of an exertion field and a duration field

1. Assessment Name
   A unique name to identify this assessment when editing or assigning to layouts.
2. Label
   The name that appears in athlete central for this assessment.
3. sRPE Field
   The testing/questionnaire field that you have entered data into for the subjective rating of exertion.
4. Duration Field
   The testing/questionnaire field that you have entered data into for the duration of the session.
5. Number of days to SUM for Acute/Chronic Load
   Select the number of days to calculate acute and chronic load for.
6. Include current day in acute & chronic
   Select if you would like to use today's value in the acute & chronic calculations for the assessment.
7. Value to display
   Select what value you would like to appear for your assessment.
8. Icon
   Select the icon you would like to appear if you have the hide icons off in an assessment layout.
9. Thresholds
   Set any color thresholds you would like to appear based off the values of your assessment.
10. Value to apply thresholds to
    Select what value you would like your color thresholds based off of.
