You need this because:

Using the New Program Builder:
The Program Builder is the highlight of the Athlete Management System. It allows you to create programs to assign athletes to their daily workouts.
To access the Program Builder, click on Program Builder.
Step One: The first step to creating your program is to create an Exercise. First, select Library from the menu, then Exercises. Click on the green Create Exercises button to add a new exercise into your system.
Step Two: A new form will appear which will allow you to enter information for each exercise. You can add as little or as much information you need for the exercise. Note the different properties you can add to the exercise.
Step Three: The next step is to create a Program. From the main menu of the Program Builder, select Library -> Programs, then select the green Create Program button to add a new program into your system.
Step Four: Creating a new program allows you to input specific information for that program. In addition to the Title of the program, you can add a Start Date, and make the program's days skippable by selecting the three dots icon in the upper-right. Click Save and the new program will appear in the list, allowing you to start to add items to the program.
Step Five: Next, you will need to create circuits for your program. Once again, go to the main Program Builder menu, select Library -> Circuits, and select the green Create Circuit Button to add a new circuit into your system. A circuit is a group of exercises.
Step Six: Now, you can customize your program and populate it with information that you have entered previously before. Select the Program that you would like to make changes to and then click the day you would like.
For our example, we will be using Demo Program to show you how to add exercises/circuits and assign programs to your athletes.
Step Seven: Creating a program is the focal point of the Program Builder. Editing a program allows you to customize the workout schedule you would like to assign to players. To add an exercise to a particular day, you must add a circuit. First, select the day you would like to add the circuit to and select a day to add. Select the green add button and Select From Library. Then, add the circuit by selecting it from the list of circuits and selecting Add to Program.
For our example, we will be putting Conditioning under Thurs. Jan 19th.
Step Eight: After adding your circuit, you can add exercises that you would like to include for that circuit by going to the circuits menu from the main screen of the program builder. Just like adding a circuit, you can select the circuit and add as many exercises as you want to a particular circuit. Just select the exercise and select Add to Circuit.
For our example, we will be placing Sprint (exercise) in Conditioning (circuit).
Step Nine: A great feature of Program Builder is the ability to customize each day of the program for different days on the calendar. Once you have an idea of what you would like, you can tweak it to your liking for each day. You can extend the program for as long as you want, every day can feature a different workout, and you can assign which athletes you want to use that particular program.
Step Ten: Select the athletes you want to assign your program to.
Step Eleven: If successful, a confirmation message will appear:
Step Twelve: To customize a program for a particular athlete, find the athlete's program in the list of athletes by selecting Athletes in the first menu of the Program Builder. Add, remove, or modify circuits and exercises in the athlete's program and it will only apply to the athlete selected. Note that the athlete's name appears in the upper right of the screen.
*Notice that an alert will appear that you can now revert the day using the three dots icon in the upper right when customizing the day.
