Watch a full webinar walkthrough on this process:
Updating Exercise 1RM's
- Accessing Athlete Profiles:
- First, navigate to "Manager Athletes" in the app
- Select the athlete whose 1RM you want to update. For example, Lincoln Burroughs.
Navigating to Testing:
- Once in the athlete's profile, locate and click on "Testing."
- Updating Exercise 1RM:
- Under the "Exercise 1RM" tab, you'll see a list of exercises that need updating.
- Click the plus button next to the exercise you want to update, such as "Barbell Front Squat."
- Enter the details of the recent test, for example, 5 reps at 315 lbs.
- Ensure the date is correct as it affects program weights going forward.
- Click "Save" to update the 1RM.
Repeat for Other Exercises:
- Similarly, update other exercises like "Dumbbell Single Leg RDL" and "High Hang Power Clean" by clicking the plus button, entering the test data, and saving.
Updating Shared Baseline 1RM's
- Accessing Shared 1RM Section:
- To update shared baseline 1RM, go to the "Shared 1RM" tab.
Updating Shared 1RM's:
- Choose the exercise you want to update, such as "Back Squat."
- Input the test result, e.g., a true 1RM of 500 lbs, and save it.
- Similarly, update other exercises like "Deadlift" by entering the test data and saving.
Group Updates for Shared 1RM's
- Updating Shared 1RM's as a Group:
- If you need to update shared 1RM's for a group of athletes, go to "Testing" and select the group, like "Stallions Group."
- Entering Group Data:
- Enter the 1RM data for each athlete, e.g., Calvin Owens - 400 lbs, Charlie - 450 lbs, Cole - 5 rep max at 315 lbs.
- Click "Save" to update these as a group.
