You need this because:
- You want to create advanced set progressions for your athletes and input it into your superset. This will save you time when creating workouts for your athletes.
Creating Advanced Set Progressions:
Step 1: On the homepage, click on Program Builder, which is located on the left hand menu.
Step 2: You will be brought to a new page with a new set of menus. Select, Library, then Programs, then select the Program you want to edit.
- Programs - Select the Program you want to make changes to.
- Edit Day - Click on the Program day to make changes to your Program.
Step 3: Add your circuit using the green Add Circuit button to make changes or create your own.
Step 4: After you add your Circuit, you can either edit the Exercises within your Circuit or add a new Exercise and make adjustments to the sets/reps/weights. Search for your Exercise in your Library or create a new one and add it into your Circuit.
Step 5: Once your Exercise is in your circuit, select the three dots icon on the right of the Exercise to edit the Exercise. Then, select Create Set Progression.
Step 6: As you can see, you can see and edit the reps and weight for your exercise sets. Select the green plus button to add Sets to the Set Progression. Select each set to edit the reps and weight of the Exercise.
Step 7: Since we want this to be an advanced set progression, we changed the # of reps to decrease for each set and also increase the weight.
To clear your information, click on the Multiselect button in the upper right, select the sets you want to delete, and select the trash can button in the upper right.
