How To: Review User Login History

In CoachMePlus, you can check out login history to check to see if users are logging in, see when logins are happening, or to address and failed login attempts.

Step-by-step Instructions:

Step One: From your side menu, select Organization.

Step Two: Select Login History.

Step Three: This will be a time and date-stamped list of all logins. If you click on a login, it will show you the details of that login such as the IP Address, if it was Banned, and whether the login was Mobile or otherwise. On a Failed Login, it will show a description of why such as invalid password, etc.
