Finding your Access Code (formerly Group Code)
You can find this access code in your welcome email.
If you do not know your access code, contact your support representative. Anybody who needs access to your installation (athletes, coaches, etc.) will need this code to open CoachMePlus on every new device.
The first step on mobile is to download the CoachMePlus application to your device. The application is available on iOS and Android and can be found in the App Store and Play Store. Follow those links, or search for "CoachMePlus". Add in your your access code then log in to your installation for the first time using your credentials.
To get to your CoachMePlus installation on a desktop, you will need access to your access code. Type in your access code in your url. For example, if your access code is “abc,” your url will be abc.coachmeplus.com. Once here, you can log in using your credentials.
