CoachMePlus has added a new page to show athletes their daily overview. This section will include information on their daily assignments, progress, and their nutrition information and will allow them to navigate to these areas of the app.
To access this feature, navigate to your side menu and click on "Overview"
Once you have selected this menu item, it will bring up your daily overview:
On this screen, there are several sections:
Training: Your daily progress on any daily training program assignments. Clicking on this will bring you to Your Training Day.
Questionnaire: Your faily progress on any questionnaire assignments. Clicking on this will bring you to your assigned questionnaire(s).
Nutrition: A brief summary of your logged nutrition for the day. This will display calories and macronutrients. Clicking on this section will bring you to the detailed view which will allow you to view your logged nutrition for the day as well as allowing you to add any additional items from your day.
Calendar: This is a daily glance at your schedule. Any assigned training programs, questionnaires, and library items will populate on this list. Clicking on this item will bring you to your full weekly schedule which allows you to navigate your full assignment schedule and track completion.
