Trend Assessment

Z-Score, difference or percentage versus multiple previous values

1. Assessment Name
   A unique name to identify this assessment when editing or assigning to layouts.
2. Field
   The testing/questionnaire field that you have entered data into that you would like to display.
3. Use most recent value instead of today's value
   Select if you would like to use the most recent value, rather than today's value.
4. Time period
   The time period for which you would like to compare across
5. Calculation
   The type of calculation you would like to do for the trend of the period.
6. Compare to how many previous time periods
   Select how many of the time periods you chose before that you would like to compare against.
7. Comparison method, compare against
   How you want to compare for the period and what you are comparing the values to.
8. Exclude values before/after
   Select the range (if necessary) that you would like the values to be pulled from.
9. Value to display
   Set if you would like to display the actual value of the field or the difference comparison value that you selected.
10. Icon
    Select the icon you would like to appear if you have the hide icons off in an assessment layout.
11. Thresholds
    Set any color thresholds you would like to appear based off the values of your assessment.
12. Apply thresholds to comparison value
    Select this option to apply the thresholds you set to the difference comparison calculation, or to the actual value of the field.
