- Type in URL for your installation. It should be [installation name].coachmeplus.com.
- Once on the login page, click Reset it here under 'Forgot your password?'.
- You will be brought to a new page to enter your e-mail address. After you entered your e-mail address, select Request.
- A confirmation message will appear once you select request.
