In this article:
If there is a report setting that you find yourself pulling frequently using the
Measurement History (Advanced) report, you can now save those settings to be able to generate that report quickly. This will be added to the list of reports so that other coaches in your organization could utilize as well.
- Go to Reports.
- Select the Measurement History (Advanced) Report.
- Adjust your Report to the settings that you would like saved by default and select the save icon in the upper right.
- Give the Report a name and description (optional), then select Save.
Group by options:
- Athlete: One data point for the time period.
- Athlete, Date, Time: One data point for each athlete for each specific time on a date.
- Athlete, Date: One data point for each athlete for each day.
- Athlete, Year, Week: One data point for each athlete on a weekly basis.
- Athlete, Year, Month: One data point for each athlete on a monthly basis.
- Athlete, Year: One data point for each athlete on a yearly basis.
- Team: One data point for each team for the period.
- Team, Date, Time: One data point for each day for a specific time for the team.
- Team, Date: One data point on each date for the team.
- Team, Year, Week: One data point for the team each week.
- Team, Year, Month: One data point for the team each month.
- Team, Year: One data point for the team each year.
- Training Group: One data point for each team for the period.
- Training Group, Date, Time: One data point for each day for a specific time for the team.
- Training Group, Date: One data point on each date for the team.
- Training Group, Year, Week: One data point for the team each week.
- Training Group, Year, Month: One data point for the team each month.
- Training Group, Year: One data point for the team each year.

When you create a
Saved Report and you would like it in the
Reports list for other coaches, you can allow them to be able to view them. If you are an
Administrator, you have access to
Settings ->
Security ->
Manage Role Permissions. This is where you can adjust the permissions.
- Go to Settings -> Security -> Manage Role Permissions
- Find the Permission for the Report you created. It should include "Reports: Saved Report:" in the name of the Permission.
- Select the Roles you would like to have Permission to view the Report you created, then select Save. This will now appear for the users who's Roles you have given Permission to.
