How To: System Usage Report

CoachMePlus now offers a move advanced option of observing what users are doing within the system for coaches to get a better picture as to what is going on.  Use the System Usage Report to see key metrics within the system.
 
  1. Go to Reports.
     
  2. Select the System Usage Report.
     
  3. Select the date range, users, fields, and grouping strategy you would like to see.

  • Field Options:
    • New Users
    • Logins
    • Imports
    • Fields Created
    • Fields Updated
    • Messages Sent
    • Messages Received
    • Messages Opened
    • Weigh-Ins
    • Weigh-Outs
    • Questionnaires Completed

  • Grouping Options:
    • Date
    • Date, Team
    • Date, Athlete
    • Year, Month
    • Year, Month, Team
    • Year, Month, Group
    • Year, Month, Athlete
