CoachMePlus has the ability to Quick Swap exercises in the Program Builder. You can use this tool to make quick changes for athletes with injury, movement limitations or other situations that may not be able to complete the program as written.
To start, select the magnifying glass icon in the top of the program view.
This will bring up a list of the exercises included in the current program. You can search and select the exercise to be replaced on this list.
Once the exercise is selected, you can then choose the Three Dots Icon to select to Swap Exercise.
This will bring up a list of exercises to replace the current exercise. You can make your selection, set the progression, and confirm the swap by following the on-screen prompts and saving the program.
