How to Link Questionnaire Results to Measurement Values

CoachMePlus now allows you to sync up your Athletes Questionnaire Results/Responses to Measurement Values with the intended name. This gives you the opportunity to create Visualizations with the information from your Questionnaire.
 

1. We'll first begin by creating Measurement Fields that will link the Questionnaire Results. In Admin View, click Algorithm Engine -> Measurement -> Fields.
   
   Press "New" in the top right corner of the screen to get to the Create Measurement Field page.  
   
2. ​To update the Questionnaire, click Settings -> Questionnaire -> Questions. Then click the Edit button for each Question you would like to sync up.
   
   Under Measurement Field, type in the Field corresponding to that Question and press Save.
