• How to add a GymAware alias.

You need this because:

• You want to learn how to assign a GymAware user to a CoachMePlus user.
• You want to centralize all of your devices into a single platform.
• You want to save time and spend more time with your athletes by inputting all data into one system and generate reports instantaneously.

Adding a GymAware Alias

You can manually enter the Alias ID in one of the four ways below you find easiest:
 

1. User Aliases through Device
2. User Aliases through Settings
3. Athlete Central Account

Method 1: User Aliases through Device

Step One: On the left hand menu on the homepage, select Data => Devices => GymAware => Aliases.



Step Two: You will be brought to a new page. To add a new GymAware User, click on +New.



Step Three: Next, input your athlete's information for GymAware. Use the drop-down menu to select the CoachMePlus User. Select your Alias Type, in this case, it would be Device: GymAware User. 



Step Four: For Alias, copy and paste the Alias into the Alias field. The Alias is the user's first name and last name separated by one space as found in the GymAware. Then click Save.



Step Five: After you hit submit, the user will appear on your list of users.

Method 2: User Aliases through Settings

Step One: On the left hand menu on the homepage, select Settings => User Aliases.




Step Two: You will be brought to a new page. To add a new GymAware User, click on +New.



Step Three: Next, input your athlete's information for GymAware. Use the drop-down menu to select the CoachMePlus User. Select your Alias Type, in this case, it would be Device: GymAware User.



For Alias, copy and paste the Alias into the Alias field. The Alias is the user's first name and last name separated by one space as found in the GymAware. Then click Save.



Step Five: After you hit submit, the user will appear on your list of users.

Method 3: Athlete Central Account

Step One: On the left hand menu on the homepage, select Athlete Central => Look Up User => Account => User / Device Aliases.







Step Two: You will be brought to a new page. To add a new GymAware User, click on +New.



Step Three: Next, input your athlete's information for GymAware. Use the drop-down menu to select the CoachMePlus User. Select your Alias Type, in this case, it would be Device: GymAware User.



For Alias, copy and paste the Alias into the Alias field. The Alias is the user's first name and last name separated by one space as found in the Gymaware. Then click Save.
