How To: Import Firstbeat Session

This article will show you:

• How to import a Firstbeat session.

You need this because:

• You want to learn how to integrate data points collected in Firstbeat into your CoachMePlus install.
• You want to save time and energy manually entering data points collected from Firstbeat. A simple import will immediately assign all data points to the respective users.

Importing a Firstbeat Session:

Step One: On the homepage, on the lefthand side, there is a list of menus for you to explore. Go to Data => Devices => Import. To add a new Firstbeat user, click +New.

Step Two: A new page will appear for you to import your Firstbeat session. First, select the +CSV button in the upper right. Then, select the Device from the drop-down box. Choose the File you would like to import. Check the Ignore Missing Athletes box if you would like to exclude unmatched athletes not in CoachMePlus. If you want to include these players at a later date, you must re-upload the file. Click Save and you will see the sessions show up on the list for each player.

Step Three: After your item has been successfully created, you can review and/or edit the item.
