Hello, this is CoachMePlus customer support, and today we want to quickly show you how to add a circuit to a training day in CoachMePlus.

Step 1: Access the Program Builder
Alright, let's get started. First, we need to go into the Program Builder. From your dashboard, navigate to the Library.
Step 2: Select a Program
Next, go to Programs. Here, you will see a list of your existing programs. Select the program you want to work on. For this demonstration, I'll choose my demo workout.
Step 3: Choose the Day for the Circuit
Now, select the day you want to add the circuit to. Let's say I want to add it to Monday. Click on the day, and you'll see a plus (+) sign appear.
Step 4: Add a Circuit
Click on the plus (+) sign. A menu will pop up with a couple of options: Add a Circuit or Add Exercises We want to add a circuit, so click on Add Circuit.
Step 5: Select a Circuit from the Library
Now, you’ll see a list of circuits from your library. Choose the circuit you want to add. For this example, I'll select the 531 Bench circuit. This will display the different exercises included in the circuit.
Step 6: Save the Circuit
Finally, select the circuit and click **Save**. The circuit is now saved to the program day.
Step 7: Verify the Addition
To confirm, go back to the program day. You should see the circuit listed there.
