In the CoachMePlus platform, a coach or practitioner can view an Athlete's food log. They can access information such as calorie intake, macronutrient intake, and micronutrient intake. They can also see the specific foods the athlete has logged throughout the day today, or look into previous days as well.

Step-by-step Instructions:
Step One: From the coach home screen, you can navigate to an athlete's profile page via Manage Your Athletes, or you can use the quick links on the Nutrition Widget to quickly jump to an Athlete's Food Log.

Step Two: Once in the Nutrition Food Log, you can view information on the athlete's intake such as total calories, the percentage of each macronutrient, and the specific foods tracked in the selected day.
Step Three: If you have the Nutrition Goals Add-On, you can also track the progress of each macronutrient.
Step Four: If you would like to keep tabs on any certain micronutrient, you can do so by selecting the Micro Nutrients drop down menu to get a detailed list of the athlete's daily intake.
Step Five: You can also check the athlete's food log on different days of the week. You can either click/tap on a day on the graph at the top of the screen, use the arrows to navigate, or use the date selector.
