- You want to educate and provide visual resources for your athlete to refer to when completing their workouts. Ideal for off-season training.
Upload Video to a Pre-Existing Exercise:
There are several methods available for you to upload your video: individual, mass upload, or adding a video to a pre-existing exercise. Choose one most comfortable for your needs and click on the links to the method that works best for your situation.
Go to your Program Builder => Library => Exercises and find the Exercise that you would like to edit.
Click on the Exercise you would like to upload. Choose Select Attachment to select the file that you would like to upload to the exercise.
The pop up dialog box will appear again and you can attach a video file to your exercise.
Click the Save icon in the upper right and the video will be attached to your exercise.
NOTE If you are not sure which exercises have a video attached to it, the exercises will have a play option on the far right of the exercise. The exercises with attachments will have the Open option available while editing the exercise.
