Resetting User's Password as a Coach/Administrator:

Step One: On the home page, go to Settings => Security => Users.

Step Two: You will be brought to the User list page. This list contains a list of all the Users in the system. Look for the User account you want to reset and click Reset.

Step Three: A new page will appear after you select Reset for the user you would like to reset the password for. Verify the e-mail and click Send Reset Password E-mail.

Step Four: A confirmation will appear to inform you that a reset email was sent to the user.
