A circuit is simply a collection of exercises grouped together.
An example of circuits would be a lower body Leg 3×8 circuit which might contain exercises like squat, dead lift, lunge and leg curl. Over time your will build a library of circuits that you can drag into programs. This library should be thought of as a “build one time, use many times” group of exercises.
