What are Reports?
Figure 1: Example of a Bod Pod Report. Coaches can see the Bod Pod data for an athlete over a period of time.
In Module 4, we mentioned that Reports and Assessments are the result of all the work that coaches have collected for their athletes into the system. The information is centralized and can be extracted for dashboards and reports. Reports are created to allow coaches to view data collected in an easy-to-understand format without digging through old Excel spreadsheets.
Individual and Group Reports
Figure 2: Example of a Weight Lost Group Report. Coaches can view the weight lost (lbs) for a group of athletes over a selected period of time.
Reports can be displayed in two methods: individual or group. Individual Reports allow you to view an individual athlete's performance trends. All information collected for that specific individual is displayed in a report so you can analyze and review their progress. Group Reports allow you to view a group of athletes' performance and compare them against each other. Generated reports give you the information that you need to review for making game day decisions.
