Latest History Dashboard

ATHLETE - Display multiple fields latest values with optional group average with latest dates only or full date range as a line/spline/area/column chart

1. Dashboard Name
   A unique name to identify this dashboard when editing or assigning to layouts
2. Field
   The testing/questionnaire field that you have entered data into that you would like to graph
3. Latest number of values to display
   The number of values that you want to be shown
4. Averages
   The averages that you would like to display for your field on the same visual
5. Plot type
   The type of plot that will appear on the dashboard
6. Show only dates with values instead of full date range
   Select this option to hide the empty days in-between data points
