Upload Video for Exercises (Individual Upload):

There are several methods available for you to upload your video: individual, mass upload, or adding a video to a pre-existing video. Choose one most comfortable for your needs and click on the links to the method that works best for your situation.
 
If you have the videos with you already, you can select it from your computer while creating your exercises (individual upload) or do a mass upload using our File Management system and select it from the drop down box,.
 
 

When you create an exercise, a popup form will appear for you to create your exercise. To upload a video, click on the button labeled Upload file. Select the file of your choice and select Update.

Click Save and the video will be attached to your exercise.
