In Builder 201, you learned how to Assign a Program to Athlete(s) and how to Modify/Create a Customized Program for an Athlete. Now, we will enhance the Program by teaching you how to Create Supersets and Advanced Set Progressions.
Now that you are a master at Building and Assigning Programs to Athlete(s), we will move forward in enhancing your Program. Supersets are two or more Exercises in an alternating sequence performed back-to-back with no rest in between.
Supersets are useful when you want to alternate a group of Exercises within a Circuit. An Advanced Set Progression allows you to customize an Exercise within the Builder and provides Athletes with specific instructions for their Workout. You can make the Reps/Sets ascend or descend.
