Overview:
Using Strength Builder

Figure 1: Displays the components needed to create a program, such as, exercises, program, and circuits.
The strength builder is a tool that is a "build once, use multiple times" system that allows you to spend more time with your athletes and less time analyzing data. Coaches are able to build multiple workouts and assign it to a team of athletes. The purpose of the builder is to make it easier for you to create and assign a program to your athletes.
This section will be broken into 2 modules.
Creating Exercises
Full instructions for creating an exercise
Figure 2: Example of creating an exercise. Users can upload a video file (.m4v) or Attachment. Tags can also be added to help organize the exercise library and can be easily tracked.
The first step to creating your program is to create exercises. Your exercise library is a database of exercises that you use to train your athletes. Videos can be added to each exercise to help your athletes visualize what they need to do to perform the exercise.
Adding Videos to Exercises

Figure 3: Example of a video being selected for upload into the CoachMePlus System.
Videos are a useful supplement to the strength builder and allow athletes to visually see what they need to do to complete the workout. Videos can be shot and uploaded from your mobile device and attached to an exercise.

Updating Exercises
Figure 4: Example of how to modify your exercise, you can find it in the exercise list. Simply select it and make any modifications you would like.
Exercises can be updated and edited through the exercise list. You can update the exercise by adding/updating a new video, add in any notes, change sets, reps, and duration, and etc. To modify your exercises, click on Program Builder => Library => Exercises => Find Exercise you want to modify => Click on Exercise.
Creating 1 Rep Max Baseline
Full instructions for creating a baselineFigure 5: Example of baselines created for bench, chest, deadlift, and hangclean.
It is important to set baselines for exercises. The baseline is the value off of which the exercise will be created for each day. Creating the baseline beforehand will save you time when calculating one rep max for an athlete and give you accurate results for your athletes when adjusting the relative intensity.
Creating a Program
Full instructions for creating a programFigure 6: Example of a program being created. To create, give program a name, select start date, decide if you want to make it flexible using the three-dot icon.
The second step is to create your program. The purpose of the programs are for organizational purposes.
Programs allow you to create programs and assign them to athletes for their workouts. There is an option available for programs to be customized for individual athletes if they need a special workout from the rest of the team.
Creating a Circuit
Figure 7: Example of creating a circuit. In the program builder, click on Library => Circuits => Create Circuit Button => and enter all information.
A circuit is a collection of exercises grouped together. Over time, you will build a library of circuits that you can place into programs. This library should be thought of as a “build one time, use many times” group of exercises. You can create your program by building circuits. Circuits are made by adding exercises into the selected circuit.
Figure 8: Example of adding a circuit into a program using the green add circuit button and choosing select from library. The circuit is then added from the list into the "Example Program".
