Your second step in Creating your Program Templates in CoachMePlus, is to Create Your Circuits. Set up groupings of Exercises that you can quickly add to your Programs. Create grouping of Exercises for your Warmups, Main Lifts or Plyometrics. Your CoachMePlus Circuits are the quick and easy way to add Exercises in bulk to your Programs.
Step Two: Create Your Circuits
- Go into the Library section of the Program Builder and select Circuit. Once you do this, you will now see the Circuits that you have in your Library. In this menu, you can add or edit any of the Circuits that you would like.
- To Add a Circuit, select the green "Create" button in the upper-right of the list.
- Add in all of the Exercises that you would like to your Circuit. Use the different menu icons to Edit Exercise Constraints, Make Supersets, Create Set Progressions and much more.
- As soon as you Save your Circuit, it will then be added to your list of Circuits where you can view, adjust and have available to utilize in your Programs.
Now that you have Created Your Circuits, you are now ready to start quickly Creating Programs. Programs allow you to create a template for a series of days to assign to one, or many Athletes at once.
